Aniyah Watkins started Sustainable Impact Planning and Consulting (SIPC) in 2018 with a mission to help non-profit founders address the current industry challenges. Upon completing her Masters of Science Degree in Non-profit Management, Aniyah jumped full force into developing SIPC.

Aniyah, specifically wanted to give start-up nonprofit organizations tools that will help them become more sustainable. Aniyah has been working with non-profit organizations for over three years and continues to study the industry to help her clients become more successful. In 2020, she pivoted into helping small businesses and solopreneurs with strategy planning and vision coaching.
